iGCSE revision at project iGCSE

Project iGCSE is currently being developed to offer information and advice for students studying for the IGCSE (International General Certificate of Secondary Education).

Background
The IGCSE course began in 1988 and comprises of a two year course, resulting in a qualification which is equivalent to the UK's GCSE qualification. After achieving IGCSE qualifications, students can go on to study A-levels (AS/A2) or an international equivalent such as AICE. The IGCSE course is used in schools in over 100 countries and is recognised by universities worldwide.

Taking IGCSE
If you are living outside the UK and wish to take an IGCSE course, please contact an examination board such as Edexcel which support IGCSE and can offer a list of IGCSE examination centres near you.
